[ORGA 3353 = 13-1-1986]. First owner registered the car on 23 january 1986. License number was “668 FTA 75“. On 6 May 1988 the second owner got the BX with license number “7657 TN 77” (which is false because that was issued in 1978!). On 20 October 1989 the third owner got the BX with license number “6225 TN 14“. This number is also written in the door glasses of the car. From 2003 till 2005 a car dealer owned this car which exported it to Belgium in 2005. In June 2005 a Belgium owner registered the car with license number “GIZ 794“. In June 2008 the car was sold to a Dutch owner. In Oktober 2009 he decided to sell the car and it was sold on November 1st, 2009 to a new Belgium owner (who had owned a 4TC before and was anxious to get one back again). It got licensnumber “462 AVZ” However in August 2010 it was offered for sale again. The Belgium owner stated that he sold the car to someone in Spain, sadly not mentioning when. This is one of the 4TCs which has no homologation document and cannot be registered on the road. It was initially owned by mr Jean-Paul Cardinal, Public Relation Manager Citroên in the 90′. But later we found out that it was licensed as 719 RG 18, reg. issued in 1989 and date of first registration 22/12/86. In 2006 the car was sold to Autogomas.SA in Spain. It looks like the car is part of the car company private collection and participates on special occasions (like race circuit meetings). In between they managed to get official papers for all the Spanish 4TC which means that it can be driven on the road soon. Photo beneath shows the car with non-official plates on a circuit and a photo (by Emilio Criado) of the car when it arrived in Spain in 2006.. |
