Recently I found a photo (thanks to AutoHebdoSport) showing the Spanish BX 4TC 0000XL0027 as an officials car during one of the Rallye Santander Cantabria events.
The owner Emilio Criado explained to me that this car has joined in several rallies in Cantabria, in the North of Spain, as an exhibition car, playing the role of security car.
However it hasn’t taken part in any race for the last 3 or 4 years. Because his company is the Citroen cars dealer in Cantabria, called Autogomas, they love taking part in competitions and try to do it as many time as they can.
They even have won several Spanish championships, one of them in 2005 with Dani Sordo as their pilot.
Hopefully in the future we will see the car again on the Spanish rally roads during upcoming events!
